The LDI takes you to your next level of development. It is not simple leadership training, but leadership development: Development, development also means unfolding, unpacking, discovering!
With that in mind, it helps you to discover your inner source of meaning, strength, and peace instead of trying to train specific technical skills. You recognize how your thought and behavior patterns have influenced and perhaps limited you so far – possibly in all areas of your life.
