The Foundation: Training for Grounded Awareness
This three-day training teaches you to consciously ground yourself. Being grounded means standing firmly with both feet on the ground, being present in the here and now, and being connected to yourself.
What does conscious grounding offer you?
As a human being, it is important to connect with your individuality. By being grounded, you can take your unique place in the world, with all your qualities and talents. You feel connected to your own strength and become less dependent on the opinions of others. This allows you to literally stand firm and keep your thoughts and feelings in balance. Qualities such as autonomy, strength, joy in life, and carefreeness then emerge.
The Foundation:
An ideal safe foundation is created at birth. If we didn’t experience enough safety while growing up, tensions can arise in our bodies and our lives. It is important to become grounded as adults. By feeling, acknowledging, and recognizing our bodies and emotions, we can learn to experience more calm and trust in our bodies (and our lives!).
Methodology
In a safe and open environment, we work with everything related to grounding, including resistance and emotions. The approach is primarily body-oriented, so you can directly experience and apply the insights learned. We use, among other things:
- Active meditations
- Expression techniques
- Breathwork
- Constellations
- Self-inquiry
- Sharing rounds

Day 1: Saturday, January 11, 2025
Day 2: Sunday, January 12, 2025
Day 3: Wednesday, January 22, 2025
Times
Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
(Including coffee, tea, and lunch)
